I highly recommend Pure Dental and Dr. Bruno Hsu

What really impressed me about Bruno is that I have never felt the way he treats me is based on my work-provided benefits package. Too many Dentists I have heard and experienced treats their patient based on their coverage and max whatever they can out of your plan.

He always takes the time to explain my condition and answer whatever question that I may have and never pressured me to take a course of action. He ensures that I have the necessary information to make an informed decision.
Because of this, Bruno is still my dentist even though I now live in Alberta. When I go back to BC each time, I make it a point to go visit Bruno for my dental needs.

Dr. Hsu is an excellent dentist. He took the time to explain every procedure he was doing, and often showed his care and understanding patiently. On my first visit, I was their last patient. I forgot the appointment time and was late for almost 40 minutes. Dr. Hsu and his staff waited for me patiently and even asked me not to drive too fast. When I arrived, they still greeted me with sincere smile without any sign of frustration. When Dr. Hsu was doing my teeth, it was painless!! My sincere recommendation and reference to all is to go visit Dr. Hsu.

My first impression visiting Dr. Hsu’s office is that the clinic is very clean and well designed. The staff are friendly, courteous and professional.

Dr. Hsu is the most gentle dentist I have ever seen. He gives honest recommendations of what needs to be done. He is also very good with children as both my kids were very content when seeing him. My 6 yr old daughter almost did not feel any pain when getting her first tooth taken out by Dr. Hsu.

If you are looking for a noble minded and professional dentist, I highly recommend Dr. Hsu.

I had a wonderful time at Pure Dental Clinic. I found Dr. Hsu to be very professional, knowledgeable and efficient. His diagnosis of my teeth was accurate and would not perform unnecessary procedures on me like some other dentists I have been to in the past. Dr. Hsu is trustworthy and professional. I will be scheduling all my appointments at Pure Dental from now on. Also really like the convenient location!

I had an awesome experience at Pure Dental in Richmond. The staff was so friendly and the brand new clinic is modern and chic. My toddler had his teeth cleaning with Dr. Hsu, and the little one’s fears were quickly quelled with Dr. Hsu’s patient and gentle demeanor. It also helped that the high tech clinic provided my toddler’s favorite cartoon programs so he could get a good cleaning! I would definitely recommend Pure Dental and Dr. Hsu to my family and friends as my experience here was great. I like how the clinic attends to adults but is also kid-friendly. A plus is that kids are also given nice take-away gifts that will help cultivate their dental hygiene. 5 stars for Pure Dental. Check it out!
